Proprietary feedstock: All type of powders can be mixed
Low temperature processing:
- Low viscosity, feedstock can be injected in complex shapes at low temperatures
- Lower machine cycle-time results in producing parts more efficiently
Micro-granulate feedstock:
- This process offers high precision (0.5% of the dimension) and a very good surface condition of the injected parts
- Lowers the costs of any further processing, machining and polishing steps
Complex shapes:
- Low viscosity allows more complex shapes and molding cavities
- Further increases production capacity and capabilities
De-binding process: uses temperature instead of acid or water (IPA in some cases)
- Provides ultra-clean parts and safer working environment
- No risk of powder corrosion during the process
